Located in Thekkady, Spice Villa Thekkady features a garden and terrace. The way the hosts called us before we reached and talked with our driver so that we don't face any language barrier. On reaching, we found out we had booked the wrong kind of room. But the owners happily offered us another room for no extra charges. The complimentary breakfast was a super treat. Such a beautiful, healthy and delicious combination of traditional and english breakfast, I along with my friends are totally awed at the experience.

Kalidasa Tree House and Villa, Wayanad features lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Chekadi, a few steps from Kuruvadweep. We stayed in the tree house at Kalidasa for 3 nights, what a truly magical experience we had! The accommodation in the treehouse is basic, clean and comfortable, but the setting and the hospitality of Sudheesh and his family are exceptional. Their recommended driver, Namshi, organised all our transport and arranged safaris for us. Sudheesh’s wife and mother produced delicious home cooked meals and Sudheesh was very happy to share his extensive knowledge of the area. They made our stay, in what is already a really beautiful place, as good as it could be. If you get chance to have a massage whilst you’re there, do, it’s another great experience! For a genuine local and back to nature experience, we highly recommend this place.

PEARL HUT home stay vythiri Wayanad is set in Vythiri, 10 km from Lakkidi Viewpoint, 19 km from Karlad Lake, as well as 21 km from Kanthanpara Waterfalls. We loved the property and easily accessible to the primary spots. Neat and clean property with enough facilities for cooking and with a big parking. It was Calm and peaceful with no disturbance from surrounding and a very supportive owner and care taker. We were 5 Friends and the rooms were very accomodative.

As mentioned by the host, the keys were kept where it was supposed to be. We asked for a self check in for privacy sakes and Divya and her dad understood the assignment very well. My girlfriend and I visit cochin once in three months at least and this place will remain our constant. Peaceful and quiet location and stone throw away from the main road, so easy access to buying things and local transport too. The food they serve is amazing and we loved the breakfast the most. the house is the cutest I've stayed in. The details were fun to notice :)
