Delighted to share my experience at this charming vintage homestay! The location is fantastic, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The host's hospitality is unparalleled, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious rooms maintain a clean and cozy ambiance, providing a delightful jungle feel. The expansive home and immersion in local village life added a unique touch to my stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable getaway!

We rented one of the 3 bedroomed apartments - ground floor of the big house – for 4 weeks. Property was very comfortable and spacious with fans and AC in all the bedrooms. We had a lovely balcony looking out onto the lush, green garden. Plenty of birdlife to spot. Beds were really comfortable and we all slept really well. We had 3 bathrooms with excellent showers. The properties are set in a safe and secure compound near the family home – set back from the road. Quiet and secluded. We have holidayed in this area before and this property is very well located. A 5 minute walk to Palolem beach and 10-15 minutes to Patnem beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and some small local shops nearby. We recommend the family run Kashish café for breakfast, lunch or dinner – it is a 2 minute walk from the property. Its a short auto-rickshaw ride into Chaudi - a busy little town with a great fruit and veg market on Saturday mornings. Our hosts, Prakesh, his wife Pooja and daughter Priya were very friendly and helpful. Prakesh advised us on local attractions, where to get what we wanted and arranged taxis at our request. He will also organise rental of scooters or push-bikes. We booked the property a few months in advance via Priya. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Priya’s English is very good and she is really helpful and reliable. We had a fantastic holiday staying at this property and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to Prakesh, Pooja and Priya for looking after us so well.

Fabulous location. Worth every penny. Rooms was clean, bed could be a little better yet was comfortable. All facilities were provided aptly. Alstid was a wonderful host. One of the best I have come across. Wifi was fast enough and was able to work from this beautiful location. Food nearby was fantastic as well. Will definately make this one of the Workation location. Will be back soon.

Desconnexió total. Habitació molt àmplia a un carrer de la platja. Preu boníssim. Vam poder fer check-in a les 8 del matí. Tot i els problemes per fer el pagament de la meitat per avançat, trucant al propietari ens van guardar la reserva i ens estaven esperant. Poble súper tranquil. Aigua calenta. Bus cap a Palollem/Cancona a 2 minuts (davant escola).
