The size of the room was great and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were stocked with everything you might need. The cypress tub onset was wonderful after a day of walking. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. We love this place!

Loved all of it. The temple is beautiful, with amazing gardens. The room was also very nice, spacious and well equipped. Staff was very kind. Dinner was served in a private dining room, the food was very nice (but if you cant eat Japanese food definitely bring something to eat as you cant buy anything at the temple). The onsen was modern and clean, men and women are separated. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend!

We really loved our stay in this Komyo-in Temple. We participated in the evening meditation, the morning prayer and fire ceremony. The dinner and the breakfast was very delicious and we were really pleased that during our dinner our bed was prepared for sleep. The location is very nice, it is very close to Okunoin cemetary. This was the highlight of our Japan tour and we really recommend vist Koyasan.

Cannot recommend Gion Kyoka enough. Actually, I'd prefer to give a negative review to prevent everyone from booking this lovely ryokan in the most amazing location in Gion Kyoto. Their team went above and beyond to make arrangements for our party at temples like Saiho-ji. Thank you Miyata-san and the rest of your staff for making our stay exceptional. I hope to visit again soon.

Set in Shirahama, within 200 metres of Shirahama Beach and 1.2 km of Ezura Beach, Shirahama no Yado Daigo offers free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel is run by a very friendly lady who tried to help in every way, the breakfast was very delicious and served ryokan-style. The room was super spacious. Amazing offer.
