Great place to stay in Penn Yan in the Finger Lakes region. Been coming here for years. Ashley and Vanessa from the front desk and Nikki in housekeeping and the breakfast attendant-all extremely professional and kind. They admitted how they love serving the people and the guests and they just really made our experience a nice one and got us anything we needed. They deserve a ton of credit. I’d like to thank the management for this nice hotel-we will be back. Thanks again!! Cannot say enough good things -it’s worth every penny to stay here.

Front desk staff was courteous and kind, and patient when helping figure out an issue with the wi-fi (which turned out to be my issue and not the hotel's). Breakfast was very good insofar as hotel breakfasts go, and the coffee was quite good. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! Housekeeping is on-demand, which is on-par with most hotels' current standards -- a wise, efficient practice. Plus... if you're into higher-end craft coffee, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters is just around the corner!

It was in a cute downtown area. Looked like a quaint place online however, it was not really close to the finger lakes. It was by the water. (May have been a River.) There are really no businesses or stores in the spaces downtown for you to shop. There was a pizzeria next door and the was good. The evening staff person Paige, was very helpful and nice, despite the fact that she was horribly embarrassed at the condition of our room.

Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Very surprised with how open and inviting front lobby was. Room and hotel very clean and appears decor was new or recently updated. Good location for us between Finger Lakes and Rochester New York, For those who want fast food variety there is a Taco Bell, KFC and Dunkin Donuts just out front door. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

Excellent price, clean room, comfortable pillows, and within reasonable driving distance to wine country. Stay here instead of in the finger lakes--you'll cut your price in half, if not a third! It's an inexpensive hotel with all the basics you need. It wasn't perfect, but it served it's purpose, we slept well, and the price was right. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a water view king room. The bed was comfortable and the view was pretty. The hotel was clean. We ate a very good meal at the hotel on the patio looking at the lake. We only spent a day here, passing through but we have spent longer in the Finger Lakes in the past. It is a beautiful area with plenty of wineries and waterfalls.

Beautiful, clean hotel that was in the perfect location for a relaxing weekend in the Finger Lakes. Super comfy room and hotel was central to endless wineries/breweries along both sides of the lake. Walking distance down to the harbor and downtown Watkins Glen restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend here :)

Complimentary daily coffee/tea service in the lobby was exceptional! Nightly complimentary Finger Lakes wine tasting at 5PM was also a nice touch. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the grounds were lovely! We had a long hike directly from the hotel grounds to Lake Treman and Buttermilk Falls State Park.

Best centrally located hotel if you want to go to all the wineries in the Finger lakes. Very clean facilities. Large room and bathroom. Ample free parking. Lots of affordable food options in the hotel. There is nothing to dislike with this hotel. It’s just an amazing place to stay. My 5th time.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping went above and beyond! Lower rates than others in the area so we weren’t expecting much but we’re pleasantly surprised. Close to Corning and the Finger Lakes. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very solid breakfast, especially compared to most hotels currently. Staff was very helpful in providing direct guidance / recommendations for dinner that night and drive through finger lakes the next day.

The biggest room we ever had! I would pay double for such a space. If you want to visit all Finger Lakes, you can use your hotel as main base and just travel from it to needed location.

The staff were excellent, super friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed that it was run by a hardworking family. The Inn is in a great central location in the Finger Lakes region.

The hotel was close to the wineries, casino, outlets, and finger lakes. The town itself is quite small but lovely and welcoming.

Always clean, beautiful hotel & grounds, exceptional staff. Rooms are clean & comfortable.

I stayed in a cottage with my family. Room is simple, chic and cozy. I could see many stars from the deck. We really enjoyed the stay.
