If you want peace and quiet and a lovely view of the Altafjord - then this small family hotel is perfect for you! Super cozy hotel near the city center. It is decorated exquisitely. The bed was really comfy and the views from the room amazing. Breakfast was very sorted, fruits, cereals, bread, juices, delicious coffee... And the woman in charge of the hotel is very nice.

Pobyt jsme si moc užili, chaty jsou pohodlné, vkusně zařízené s nádherným výhledem. Personál moc milý a nápomocný. Velký výběr jídel na snídani. Během dne si můžete pohrát s husky, pohybovat se bez omezení v ledovém hotelu nebo se vydat na některou ze zážitkový akcí (jízda na husky spřežení, krabí safari atd.) Strávili jsme zde dva dny a bylo to málo, už plánujeme návrat na více dnů. Měli jsme i štěstí na polární záři. Pobyt zde vřele doporučujeme.

Tento speciální iglú hotel se nachází 20 km od centra města Alta u stejnojmenné řeky. Ice hotel is profoundly beautiful. Such a once in a lifetime experience. Warm enough overnight and hauntingly gorgeous as one of few guests in the ice hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious- tons of local items. Highly recommend.

The hotel felt like a cosy home. The common area had new furniture and felt so cosy. The views were amazing and you can sit back with coffee and admire the views. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. They helped me with everything and I had such a great stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing too.

This hotel is 150 metres from Dr. Wessels gate pedestrian street and 2 km from the Hurtigruten Cruise Ship Terminal. It offers free WiFi and a relaxation department. We spent three days at the Scandic, and we really loved it; It is located in the city centre of Kirkenes; Everything can be reached by foot, there are a couple of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets nearby. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful and gave us great informations about what can be done in the area. There is free coffee at the reception available the whole time. The rooms and views are very nice and totally clean. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. We also liked and enjoyed the covered swimming pool and sauna, which can be used for free. Especially the breakfast is really amazing and very varied and has everything for every taste....So next time we will definitely come back to Scandic, and we will visit also Kirkenes again....
