Delicious breakfast with various choices. Super friendly staff and very helpful support by Dory for clarifying important details beforehand and organizing individual activities and transfers. Great location, 2 min walk from the most beautiful beach on Sal. Would highly recommend for an individual stay on Sal, instead of resort holidays.

Situato a Santa Maria, l’Hotel Da Luz ospita un ristorante, una piscina all’aperto, un bar e un salone in comune. Everything was amazing! From the staff, facilities, and comfort. The staff was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food available. At lunchtime, we had tasty and cheep options available. The room had air conditioning, perfectly clean room and beds were comfortable. Slightly further away from the beach but a walkable distance and closer to the locals than to the turistival part of Santa Maria. Very quiet too. We felt at home.

Abbiamo prenotato una delle camere con vista sul mare e siamo stati benissimo. La nostra camera era molto accogliente e comoda! Il personale sempre sorridente è stato molto amichevole e sempre disponibile. La colazione fantastica e molto varia, ricchissima di cibi locali e di scelta ogni giorno. La piscina con affaccio sul mare era magnifica. È l’unico resort di Sal veramente capoverdiano e l’accoglienza, la simpatia, la gentilezza del paese si percepisce in ogni momento, così come l’amore e l’attenzione per gli ospiti. Siamo stati meravigliosamente!

Situato a Santa Maria, l'Hotel Morabeza offre sistemazioni con 3 piscine all'aperto. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The workers kept the grounds clean and well maintained. I saw them sweeping the cobblestones and the surrounding areas every day, cleaning the pools, and taking care of the gardens. One could tell how much emphasis the management puts on cleanliness and maintaining the grounds. All the staff were very nice and friendly and greeted me every day. Loved that there were different restaurant choices, either at the beach or at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the variety of breakfast foods available. Also, I appreciated that there is a cash machine in the lobby and didn’t have to go out and find an ATM machine to withdraw cash.

Situated 300 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Santa Maria, Porto Antigo Hotel BB welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Rooms have a TV. Porto Antigo is a really beautiful Hotel! Our apartment had direct access to a small beach! This was perfect four the kids. The pool is also very nice an close to the pool there is another small beach without stones our rocks in the water...also perfect four children!! The apartment was perfectly clean and you have the basic equipment for cooking!! We spent a really good time in Porto Antigo and I will definitely come another time when I go to Sal.

The breakfast with the traditional dish was great. The room was very comfy. The pool area was great. and the mood with the ocean right there was perfect. The whole environment was very peaceful. If we go back to Sal island we will go back to this hotel.

L'Hotel Mirabela è un bed & breakfast a 3 stelle situato nel centro di Santa Maria, a 100 m dalla spiaggia. La connessione WiFi è gratuita. Tutte le camere sono dotate di balcone. The hotel is located on the main street and so just 2 min walk to the beach, very convenient! You can get a filled water bottle and when it's empty, they'll refill it so you can bring it along. The breakfast was lovely and you had different options which was good. I also want to give a big big big thank you to Simone, she made me feel so safe as a solo female traveller and give me tips. She reassured me a lot of times. Thank you to Lisandro as well!
