Called and learned billing done by booking.com. Called them. They said they would need in writing that The hotel was not going to charge. They said they will send them an email to respond. Called Eastern Inn to tell them they need to respond to the email. Booking see they would contact Easten.. Have heard nothing. No credit. We dispute charge, and when resolved will post experience on social media sites.
