We loved the room right from the entrance. The stone wall gave the room warmth and the ambience was lovely. A nice old world charm with modern touches. The bed was super comfy (and I am very fussy!). Immediately walking through the door to this hotel is like a step back in time. The old world charm, the fire place and the little restaurant/bar off to to the left gave us a wonderful start to our 2 night stay.

The location was perfect. The building was stunning and the facilities excellent. The gym was well appointed and we used it twice during our stay. We were able to park under the building in a secure car park. We used the restaurant for dinner on one occasion and it was very good with a varied menu. The Bar George was buzzing and inviting. Overall we had an excellent stay, the staff were polite and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel highly.

The hostesses were extremely friendly and accommodating from the beginning to end. They really made our short stay most enjoyable. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, which I really appreciated it. The breakfast was exceptional. Phillip pampered us with a delicious homemade early meal that included homebaked pastries and their very own Greek yogurt, a variety of fresh fruit, and so much more. We also liked the up and coming neighborhood feel.

Staff was great. Pool was very clean/organized and the attendant was polite and helpful. Room was very clean. Concierge wasn't working yet when we arrived, but the front desk clerk gave us a great dinner recommendation! Highly recommend the valet staff, too.

Convenient to everything. We walked the Lachine Canal, walked to Montreal old port for dinners and shopping in St Catherine’s. Beautiful city. We make it an annual trip but this is our second year at your facility.

Modern feeling of the hotel. Travelodge are pretty much standard... old... ish feeling. This location has a more modern feel overall. Location is good, around 700 meters away from Place D' Arms. Breakfast room is really good. You are steps away from Desjardins Complex - that has a grocery store, Dollarama, Winners, Pharmacy and a Food Court.

It is a great location Victorian style little inn. If you can snatch a reservation to fit your dates - must do. I stayed a total of 3 nights in Montreal and booked my hotel 3 months in an advance but even then I couldn’t secure all 3 nights. We only stayed one night, unfortunately.

The room was a good size for a F1 weekend (5 nights), and was a quiet sleep. The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The window opened when we preferred fresh air. This is a GREAT location for the F1 to take the ferry from the old port across, and avoid the much busier metro. The hotel pub (Taverne Gaspar) was also a great group dinner as well. The staff provided excellent service.
