This Vancouver hotel is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Robson Street. All suites offer full kitchens and free WiFi. Stanley Park is only 4 minutes' drive away. Really beautiful apartment. Clean, functional, cozy, with a stunning view. The apartment had a living room, a kitchen area, a studio, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Worth mentioning the fact that it is an apartment, but the service is that of a hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of downtown. Short walk to the Waterfront and many wonderful bars and restaurants around every corner. The staff is impeccably friendly, helpful and accommodating. The decoration of the hotel gives off a welcoming, luxurious and comfortable feeling. All the staff I interacted with were very kind, friendly and you could feel their intention of making the guest’s stay memorable. They give very good restaurant recommendations. The rooms are large, provide all the necessary amenities and the beds are extremely comfortable. I also love the amount of counter space in the bathroom. I would have appreciated a soaker tub in stead of a standard tub. I stayed on one of the higher floors. They are renovating their hotel rooms, so you can request a renovated room. I stayed in a not yet renovated room, but loved the “old chique” feel of the room. The hotel is on a pretty busy street. I stayed in a room on one of the higher floors (there are 21) and the street sounds were not very loud. I can imagine them being more noticeable on the lowers floors, though. I stayed there on two occasions, traveling to Victoria for a few days in between, and the hotel offers to stow some of your luggage for free. Love it!

Central location and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and granted a late checkout which was appreciated. Forage for breakfast was great.

Best location! Lovely view out English Bay, and great access to Stanley Park. Love that our dog is welcome.

Exceptional service and the food was amazing. The staff remembered who we were, remembered our previous orders and provided excellent advice on our options.

Featuring an on-site bar and restaurant, this heritage hotel is located in Vancouver city centre on Robson Street, only 1.5 km from Stanley Park. This is the perfect place for discovering the city of Vancouver - very central, Robson street has a vibrant culinary and night life setting, you can walk to all the central places in the city, plus Stanley park, the beaches and Canada place. The hotel staff was super welcoming and checked us in early, then stored our luggage until our flight time on the last day. Beds are comfortable, everything was clean, airco working well. Nothing to complain about really!

We stayed here three separate times during our stay in Canada. Each time the staff were very helpful. During our last stay, we appreciated the information that the room wouldn't be attended to due to staff shortages, but were given vouchers for the Park. This didn't happen at another hotel we stayed at. In fact we had to ask why the room hadn't been attended to.
