Really beautiful apartment. Clean, functional, cozy, with a stunning view. The apartment had a living room, a kitchen area, a studio, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Worth mentioning the fact that it is an apartment, but the service is that of a hotel.

Featuring an indoor pool, a hot tub and a steam room, this contemporary Vancouver hotel is situated directly on Robson Street near shopping and restaurants. great location and beautiful and comfortable rooms. we needed to add a night in the last moment due to change yin flights and they helped us quickly.

I SO enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of downtown. Short walk to the Waterfront and many wonderful bars and restaurants around every corner. The staff is impeccably friendly, helpful and accommodating. The decoration of the hotel gives off a welcoming, luxurious and comfortable feeling. All the staff I interacted with were very kind, friendly and you could feel their intention of making the guest’s stay memorable. They give very good restaurant recommendations. The rooms are large, provide all the necessary amenities and the beds are extremely comfortable. I also love the amount of counter space in the bathroom. I would have appreciated a soaker tub in stead of a standard tub. I stayed on one of the higher floors. They are renovating their hotel rooms, so you can request a renovated room. I stayed in a not yet renovated room, but loved the “old chique” feel of the room. The hotel is on a pretty busy street. I stayed in a room on one of the higher floors (there are 21) and the street sounds were not very loud. I can imagine them being more noticeable on the lowers floors, though. I stayed there on two occasions, traveling to Victoria for a few days in between, and the hotel offers to stow some of your luggage for free. Love it!

Sylvia was awesome 👌 we stayed 1 night ,it was clean,comfy and had great renovations for an older building. I give it a two thumb 👍 for all around excellence;-)

Ovaj hotel nalazi se u Vancouveru, gradu u kanadskoj pokrajini Britanska Kolumbija. Smješten je nasuprot plaže u zaljevu English Bay i nalazi se na svega nekoliko koraka od parka Stanley. We stayed here three separate times during our stay in Canada. Each time the staff were very helpful. During our last stay, we appreciated the information that the room wouldn't be attended to due to staff shortages, but were given vouchers for the Park. This didn't happen at another hotel we stayed at. In fact we had to ask why the room hadn't been attended to.
