We went to a military swap meet at the airbase and only stayed one night at the hotel. We would have liked to stay atleast 2 to 3 nights but had another engagement. The swap meet was great, my husband restores military HMMWV'S so we were on a mission to get parts. It would have been nice to wander around more, next time!

Hagerstown is a great place to stay when visiting Antietam battlefield. Additionally, it has great facilities for doing laundry and stocking up on items depleted during an extended trip. The choice of restaurants is excellent as well.

Ate at a great, local restaurant downtown.
Ate at a great, local restaurant downtown. Just stayed the night in town as we were coming from Harpers Ferry and were going to see Antietam National Battlefield the next day. I wish I'd taken the time to explore downtown Hagerstown. The architecture was really cool!

An old town with a lot of character and history dating back to the 18th century. The downtown area a a thriving A & E district with lots of unique dining and drinking available. It is the county seat of Washington County, yes that Washington and home to a particularly delicious local food staple that can only be found in this area. You'll have to experience this for yourself. The locals call it a "steamer". Just one of many delightful surprises to behold in Hagerstown.

I went there to see a play at the Washington County Community Playhouse. The play was great. Everyone there is very friendly & accomodating. Food was good. I went too the Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum. They don't have a lot but what they do have is interesting too look at & learn about. They have an engine, several cabooses & some cars & other items outside. They have the last trolley to run in Washington County MD outside their museum. They also have a gift shop. Very friendly folks.
The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel continental many choices and everything good, coffee was fantastic ! I'd like to know the brand. Love the small bar and the fireplaces made our evening ! Room was clean comfortable to beds were great. I'm 6'3"tall and for once had room. Large shower great and even TV was good with variety. Most definitely staying there again when we return which we will be !
The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows - both count! The room was very clean. The location is particularly convenient for us to visit family. The lady who serves breakfast was very nice & friendly, although the breakfast items were limited due to Covid. She was more than willing to be of assistance! Thank you so much for being a non-smoking hotel!
I asked for a room on first floor because of our dogs. Not only were we on the first floor, our room was next to a side door so we didn’t have to walk through the lobby. The pet walking area was great, lots of grass and space. We could walk to three different restaurants. The hotel is located within the grounds of a huge shopping center.
The room was a great size. We loves how the TV could pull out and turn so we could watch it in bed. It was awesome how there was an option to use your cell phone as the remote and all the information for the hotel was on the TV.
The hotel and our room were spotless. Very roomy, well thought out. Quiet and convenient location. Breakfast included was sufficient with enough variety. Andrea, at check-in was terrific; friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.
Just about everything. The breakfast had an impressive variety of items. Of all the hotels I stayed in on my road trip, this one was about the only one that had breakfast up to standards. Everything was comfortable and quiet.
The hotel and room were very clean, with updated rooms, and very friendly hotel staff. The hotel is in a convenient location close to the highway, restaurants, and everything else you need. The area is also very safe.
i was not impressed with the facilities. i did think the location of our room with view of the indoor courtyard had large potential with investment. you can see at one point in history this hotel was likely beautiful
Hotelwas great- I gave it a lower rating because it was super noisy at night. The walls are very thin - and we spent the entire evening until about 4am listening to the loud party music from another guest.
Location is good. It’s right near the interstate. The people who worked here had nice customer service. This hotel was pretty big. The only good thing was it was cheap. Guess I got what I paid for.
Room was very clean.
The overall experience was great!
The staff was very professional.
We will definitely tell our friends about the hotel and will definitely stay again.
