They took my families money clean their system was down at first didn’t even recognize her reservation. Said it wasn’t on there because one simple letter was off on her name. The front desk girl was extremely rude racist actually and disgusting in her behavior. She took our money kept trying to charge our card still has the money on hold and never gave us a room while my family had a wedding to attend. She was actually so rude as to ask how I got here.
