i like the location. There were alot of guest checking in. location of the hotel is excellent as its directly in front of Shinagawa station. Room is ok except for extra bed which as not comfortable but ok.
Ours Inn Hankyu is situated in the Shinagawa Ward district in Tokyo, 4.1 km from Oedo Onsen Monogatari and 4.3 km from Fuji TV Odaiba. Oimachi Station is located a minute's walk away.

Beautiful reception, fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to Shinagawa station where you can get to pretty much anywhere from.
The Shinkansen also stops at this station for those wanting to travel a bit further out to Kyoto/ Osaka for example.
Room was clean, and the staff were great. Check in is 3pm but you can leave your luggage earlier so you can go exploring luggage free.
Beautiful garden to walk through especially after dark when it’s lit up.
Also has a 7/11 down stairs.
Best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip, both western and Japanese selections.

Enjoyed the location and the style of room although a bit small it's what I expected to find in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the bathhouse (shikinoyu) as it provided a nice way to relax and unwind for the night.
