Fantastic equipped little villa. Very clean and great patio/garden area. Great chilling couple of days before exploring Rome. Very helpful and friendly host with an astonished communication from the start to the end.
It's the nearest sea from Rome.
The problem is buses are not often passing there.
There are not that much for explore at the city centre.
I like that quiet area between the bus stop and the beach.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. Avoid Fregene, unless one is looking for a farmland stay

The resort was just a 30 minutes taxi ride from the Roma airport. Due to Covid-19 the resort was not a busy as I expected, but enough people around so I didn't feel like I was the only person there. Restaurants were still open, although not all of them. The resort was great for a lazy long weekend, sitting by the pool and walking along the beach. I'm thinking of going back next month, Covid-19 permitting.

Restaurants were quaint and offered delicious food. This
would be a great family beach in the summer or for couples
or adults. It is definitely not a "party location."

The beach club restaurants were a little disorganised and I found the pasta dishes to be not as I expected. it is very difficult to get around Fregene without some sort of your own transport. In hindsite I woulf recommend hiring a car if you are going to Fregene as the public transport is very limited. The beach clubs are for the most very worn out, and there are very few shops close to the beach area.
The town is a lot of very nice houses to look at, but the beach was split up by different beach clubs. I would have liked to visit the nature reserve but it was very hard to access it from the town. The Restaurants in the town were good and I really enjoyed S Club's atmosphere.

Fregene a small village in Italy. Was amazing.
Fregene a small village in Italy. Was amazing. Hotel across the beach and beach restaurants made it convenient. The staff was very friendly and would def recommend it to family and friends. it was a nice get-away after we had been in paris for 4 days. It is a 30 min car ride at 6 am to Vatican and so well worth the stay to get away from he more touristy places like Rome and the OCEAN VIEW of our 2nd floor room made it so relaxing. The bicycles on the property are available to use at no extra charge and came in handy when we rode into town to the supermarket for the few things we needed. Totally an amazing place to stay. NOT LUXURIOUS - but very COZY and VERY CLEAN. loved every minute of it.
Marco is an amazing host. Super friendly, kind and very helpful. it’s amazing that you can use the bikes from the property, that was great for my dad that is a very slow walker, but does well on a bike. Thank you for the selection of teas, juices and snacks provided all day long. that was much appreciated.
I’ve already recommended this place to my friends that are planning a trip to Fregene.
Excellent location, a short walk to the beach and to the grocery store.
Highly recommended!
This is my first time going abroad. I was Lucky to choose Villa Vanessa The environment of Fregene is very good, with high vegetation coverage, tranquility, and friendly residents. Suitable for vacation and avoiding stress, I really hope to come here again in the future. As a country with the largest number of cultural heritage sites. Italy is worth visiting many times. And very enthusiastic and kind landlord Vanessa and her parents, it's nice to meet you. God bless!
Great place to stay! Perfect location near the beach. We have stayed in the room with sea view and a nice big balcony. The hostess is very nice and friendly. She made us a delicious breakfast every morning. I love the personal touch at a B&B compared to a hotel. We were also able to leave our luggage after check out, so we could have another beach day before our flight back home in the evening. We will definitely keep this place in mind for a next visit to Fregene!
The town. I booked this because of its relationship to the airport. But I was so surprised to see just how wonderful the town was. The beach is just down the road. The staff even arranged our covid test for us at the local pharmacy.
Breakfast was wonderful. So many places to relax and enjoy the gardens. We stayed 2 days but would love to come back and stay a week just relaxing near the beach
Very comfortabl, clean and nicely furnished rooms in a quiet road in leafy Fregene, a 20 minute taxi ride from Rome Fiumicino Airport (but very quiet). Lovely house with terrace and garden. The beach is a three-minute walk away; host Geogio is very helpful. We only spent one night because we had to travel on to a conference but would have liked to stay longer.
After traveling through Italy and Greece for three weeks, having some quiet time our last night abroad was a great way to wind down and reflect on our trip. We bought a bottle of wine at the restaurant and sat on the back patio overlooking the yard, enjoying the quiet, cool evening. We then had dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely amazing!
Very nice hotel, comfortable in a lovely location, very near the beach and with a cute little balcony. We were in a room at the end of the corridor so it was very quiet. Air-con was also great as it was extremely high temperatures during our stay, although it was quite noisy. Hotel is quite old style, but this just adds to its charm.
A last minute booking due to a delayed flight, the reservation was handled promptly and efficiently with detailed instructions on how to enter the property, which is well located in Fregene close to the beach, airport, shops. Very quiet location yet still close to Fiumicino airport. Simple parking and very clean.
Great location and very friendly owners. They had thought of everything we might need; the little kitchen was well appointed and well stocked for breakfast. It was great to borrow the bikes to cycle into the centre of Fregene. We hope to stay at Le Coin Vert again in the future.
This hotel is a little gem on the coast of Rome. It is very clean, the breakfast is rich and varied. Although we arrived way before check in time, we were welcomed. The staff is wonderful. Try their dinner, they have an excellent chef.
close to the beach, very helpful landlord, cozy place and great coffee.
Svimmingpool near by at a private club, entrance 5 euros.
Landlord guided us on the local scene and the public transport to the airport was just e couple of euros.
it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, only a block from the beach and 2 blocks from town. I can’t say enough about how welcomed and relaxed we felt being there. Also, it is a gated property so we felt so safe.
Antonella, the host was outstanding. Great welcoming, she took us to the beach to see the sunset and made our stay unforgettable. The added service of shuttle early morning for was very useful.
Close to the beach & a supermarket. Hosts were responsive (took our washing because the machine didn't work). They also let us stay in the apartment a little longer until our lift arrived
good location, although beach access isn't well established, since businesses seemed to border the sea. accommodations were adequate, the bed was comfortable. nice bathroom.
The room was beautiful and comfortable. Also near the airport, which is great if you are flying early in the morning.
Lovely restaurant downstairs to have dinner.
