Northwood Motor Lodge, cabin in Christchurch

Northwood Motor Lodge is a 4-star motel on the edge of Christchurch, only 8km from the airport. The motel offers modern, air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi.

Guests have a choice of open-plan studios or larger apartments which have a separate living room. All of the units have kitchenettes, a large LCD TV and DVDs can be placed in the rooms on request. All rooms are serviced daily.

Really loved this old school motel, comfortable beds and ideal hosts. In the morning surprised with a kid’s playground (see pic). One can park directly in front of the entrance of the apt.

The hosts & receptionists are kind and really helpful. The facilities are nice too. We had a wonderful first night in NZ. A good start.

As a family, we needed an accommodation that was not too expensive but also had everything we needed, ranging from comfortable beds, functional restroom and some amenities for our mornings’ and evenings’ routines. Camelot Motor Lodge offers everything beyond expectations.
