Very nice and cozy place with great staff Julien and Polina who are very friendly and smiley, ready to take care of all your needs, to tell you where to go and what to see. The room is provided with everything one can just think of. One can eat (and even cook) at the room, but there is also a very nice boulangerie just one step from the entrance door to the hotel as well as another tasty place a little farther to have breakfast, dinner or just a glass of wine during the Happy Hour. Anyway I just can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and very much look forward to staying there again when in Nice.

People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

The property features inner courtyard views and is 1.2 km from Avenue Jean Medecin and 1.8 km from Nice-Ville Train Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Plage Ponchettes is 500 metres away.

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

    We loved our stay at Résidence La Villa Léonie! The location was fantastic and so close to so many key locations, such as restaurants, the port and Old Town. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious for two people - loved the high ceilings! Clemence (property owner) was also fantastic and saw that we had everything we needed at all times.

    I loved the quaint charm that Villa Rose instilled in you the moment you entered the gate. I felt like I was transported to a time that matched the belle epoque villa. I can only compare it to some places i've visited in New Orleans, biutbaway from the wild Beale street energy. I can't explain it, but i felt something peaceful and familiar from a bygone era. I can't wait to return to Villa Rose!

    This was a stop off on our train trip to Italy. So we chose Hotel Villa Victoria as it was only 10 minutes walk to the Station, and also 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel also had a garden courtyard, which was a very nice place to have breakfast. Breakfast was very good, the usual bacon eggs, fruit and pastries etc. The room was quite small but comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.

    Excellent apartment in the very center of the city, close to the Nice-Villa train station, tram, grocery stores. For a family of 4 it was very convenient. The apartment has a luxurious balcony overlooking the city. The sea is a 10-minute walk or 2 tram stops. We were very pleased and will definitely book this place again on our next visit.     Spacious apartment, lovely garden and fantastic swimming pool which was rarely busy. Good bus service which connected with the tram network, restaurant nearby and local shop and bakery a 15 minute walk away. Riveria Holiday Homes communicated well and arranged a taxi pick up from the airport on our arrival.
