The estate is centered around historic Victorian house built in 1873, there are four other buildings, most units have views of Cayuga lake, some with private balconies. Each room comes with a private bathroom, free toiletries, use of the laundry facilities and free WIFI throughout the property. Flat-screen TV's with cable channels are in all rooms except the Victorian Inn. Great location. Designed principally as a summer resort, we stayed one night on route from Toronto to New York City. It was a perfect overnight stop close to Ithaca.

There was beautiful artwork on the walls and beautiful antique furniture everywhere, including the rooms. There are no TVs in the rooms which, to me, was what I was looking for. They had board games, a big common table to eat at and a bar run on very informally. I felt like I was visiting family.
