Convenient location for what we were doing. It was nice to be able to get fresh milk for cups of tea in the room. The staff were pleasant, especially in the restaurant.

Lovely comfy beds and everything you needed in the family room. Kids had own TV and we had separate one. Family room has partition to separate the areas.

This was lovely location set within the farm with a row of very cute chalets. There was a real calm and the opportunity to sit out in the sunshine at the various picnic benches available to guests. I have booked two more stays already
The old town has changed beyond recognition. Empty shops except for charity shops and 'The Mall', The quality of goods on sale rather poor unless you shop in one of the Pound Shops, John Lewis or Apple. 30 years has impacted negatively on the old Town, M & S gone, House of Fraser, good manners all gone, litter in the streets, even the coffee shops had dirty tables, litter on the floor, sad. Excuse my sarcasm in the next question

Sollihull has a lot to offer in things to do. The local National Institute (Baddesley Clinton) has 2 places to visit in a short driving distance with plenty of walking around the properties. There are restaurants within walking and short driving distances as well as grocery stores.

Didn't really see the place.
Didn't really see the place. We were there for an exhibition nearby. There are planty of good restuarants nearby. Just as well because the Regency Hotel restuarant was expensive and not very good.

Solihull is one of the better areas of the West Midlands and offers a pleasant stay and local amenities. Parking in central Birmingham is not easy but a local bus (Route 6) stops right outside the hotel and runs 8 times an hour weekdays, 6 on Saturday's and 4 on Sunday's. In the other direction this runs through to Solihull.
This city of Birmingham has lots to see and plenty of shops including the Bull Ring for those looking for a bit of retail therapy.

Charged more money than when we booked through booking.com paid for 3 rooms and all on different floors. Said we had to pay extra for breakfast and charged us £155 a family room which wasn’t a family room no child bed was made up. Room full of marks on walls and ceiling. Ask to speak to manager and no manager was working on Saturday ! Really disappointed with village hotels we expected it to be as good as the Elstree one couldn’t be so different.
no problem getting something to eat. a mini fridge in the room helped. The hosts even offered me dinner and were full of local info.
One note. If you are a VERY light sleeper bring ear plugs to drown out O'Neills across the road. if you like to party, bring your party dress. I wouldn't say luxury but very nice fits very well. I would stay there again
Room was extremely spacious and well appointed. Everything felt brand new and it was spotless.
Excellent breakfast.
Pub itself is beautiful (one of my favorites in the area). Food was great value and just lovely (we ate there both nights).
Staff were friendly but efficient.
Some beautiful walks nearby (Packwood House)
Overall faultless.
Lovely clean rooms, modern, tastefully decorated, full facilities, excellent buffet breakfast. Nice restaurant & bar areas. USB charging sockets on each mains socket. Great central location for Solihull town centre, short walk to the shops etc. I'd requested a room with a shower/bath and the hotel messaged back and arranged this.
Great value for a lovely home. So much better than any local hotels. Would and probably will stay here again.
Owner is Great, with excellent communication.
Local to town centre (10 minute walk) but far enough to be away from the hussle and bussle.
Highly recommended.
Good location for shops, bars and restaurants and good access to main routes. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable being an ex-Premier Inn hotel although the lighting a bit stark ….could do with a lamp or two. Decently priced.
Marvellous apartment in a superb location, right next to all amenities including Touchwood Shopping Centre. It was clean, spacious and easy to access. Martin and Dal were very accommodating to our needs throughout the stay.
We had a short break taking in the Sea life centre, Warwick Castle and Dudley Zoo, this was perfectly located without having to stay in Birmingham.
Lovely grounds to the hotel, close to the motorway and parking is free.
The accommodations and especially the staff were absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were traveling abroad from California and found this hotel as an amazing stop through England. We would strongly recommend.
The room was large and well set out. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the night. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking 2 minutes walk to large shopping centre with several restaurants.
The receptionist was lovely and bubbly and very helpful. We had the dog with us and she changed our room for a great ground floor room with doors out onto a lawned area.
Tea and scones were amazing. We were there for a wedding and that all seemed to go amazingly well - great food. A lovely small hotel with beautiful grounds.
