More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

Located in a rather empty/ quiet neighborhood so it felt like we could be so loud and no one would care :)

Couple in charge speak good English and very helpful. Tien Yen not a normal tourist stop but worth it as very friendly town and hospitality was great. Quiet but worth it.
