We opted to take the transport option offered to us The 1000 pp included pick up from the airport in Caticlan, transport to the jetty port, environmental fee, ferry to Boracay , then transport to the Villa. I was feeling ill and not so sure we could have navigated all this without Rudy. It was a seamless impressive operation. The Villa grounds were like a botanical garden. Paths through out with multiple areas to hang out, whether it be the gazebo/hut, table and chairs by the pool or the large outdoor living space. And the pool, well that was just amazing. The husband and wife team who maintained the grounds and facilities worked on keeping that pool clean day and night. Best pool in all our stays in the Philippines Our rooms were both large including their bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. My favorite though was the large outdoor hangout area. We bought some groceries and stored them in the outdoor kitchen. There was a full size refrigerator as well as a microwave, toaster and stove. In addition there was a beverage refrigerator with drinks for sale which we definitely took advantage of for the convenience. Prices were competitive with everywhere else. While in the outdoor space you really felt transported to paradise. During the day you could hear the birds chirping and the neighborhood going ons and at night the frogs and cicadas. Rudy was a godsend with navigating all. Any questions you just needed to WhatsApp him. He was our personal concierge. He can arrange transport, tours, restaurant suggestion, anything. He's always happy and incredibly helpful. He even helped me arrange spa services at the Helios Spa just down the street. Fabulous spa. I got the "Royal Treatment'. I would return to Boracay just to stay here! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay here!

Mabuhay Beach House está en Boracay, a pocos pasos de White Beach Station 3, y dispone de alojamiento con terraza, wifi gratis y servicio de habitaciones. I liked the friendliness of the staff. Nora is a gem. I liked the spacious rooms and separate bathrooms. The views in the morning and at night are beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Franky Villa se encuentra en Boracay, a 3 min a pie de White Beach Station 1 y a 1,1 km de Willy's Rock, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y salón de uso común. We had a bad previous experience as we were scammed out of $500 by a fictional property in Borocay (note: even though I brought this to bookings.com's attention, that property was still on their site weeks later, so caveat emptor). We were glad to book Franky's after that experience. The best thing about Franky's is the live-in attendant Roy and his lovely family. He was always available to help during power-cuts or with booking transport and the fact they live on the property added to our sense of security when we went out. The property is exactly as photographed and there are three spacious bedrooms and a living area. We were easily able to self-cater and there are small supermarkets very nearby with malls a short trike-ride away. There is also a small beach which has two great restaurants. The property is on a hillside with a main road at the bottom and we could usually pick up a trike there. It is a very quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins by trike from the touristy area so it was ideal for a family.
