Superb studio retreat with Spa, Pool & BBQ access, que cuenta con piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza, ofrece alojamiento en Whanganui con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. Tony & Jill were wonderful and welcoming hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Tony helped carry our suitcase from the car to the studio at the back of the property. The pool and Jacuzzi were a fabulous added bonus. The icing on the cake was the G&T our hosts gave us by the poolside. Outstanding! At the same time we had privacy as the studio is completely seperate from the main house. The Studio is in a wonderfully landscaped garden with a wide range of plants & trees. The accommodation is “compact and bijou”, but has everything you might need. Very cleverly designed. There is outside seating areas with a small table and two chairs to sit & watch tv. At the end of the stay our hosts said we could check out later if we wished. Very relaxed family oriented hosts, who gave us great information about the town, and where to eat and visit etc. Small continental breakfast that was very tasty. We were also given a lovely homemade slice, to have with a cuppa when we arrived as well. 😋 Highly recommended!

Kitchen had good range of clean appliances and implements. Laundry (washer and dryer) worked well. We were grateful for the electric blankets. Plenty of cupboard space with coathangers - it's the little things that count and prevent annoyances. Thank you. Instructions and information were clear and well-explained. Location is great. Host maintained contact and responded promptly when required.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the cottage was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Absolutely loved seeing the alpacas from the back door. We were traveling through and only booked for one night but next time we probably will stay longer.
