Very nice host who came over to check all was good as we arrived in the middle of a storm. And he also brought chocolate cookies as a welcome gift! I would definitely recommend this place. You can really see that this cottage is cured with love by the owner.

New, comfortable home with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely views and the property is at the end of the street so very quiet. It has a wrap around decking and plenty of parking. The house is warm, the beds are comfortable, internet is fast, tv is large, and the kitchen has everything you need.

Wonderful all around i would give 100 out of 10. You will find everything you need and the owner was extremely nice supportive and friendly. We got stuck in storm where we couldn’t go out anywhere that day. He invited us to some hot and cold spa nearby. He treated us like a family. One of the things we will never forget and wish we can thank you enough.

Estas casas disponen de terraza privada con zona de barbacoa y zona de cocina bien equipada con té y café gratuitos. El centro de Egilsstadir está a 8 minutos en coche. Fabulous cabin. So well stocked ( yoga mat for me, coffee machine for husband). Everything has been thought of to ensure your comfort. Host came to greet us personally ( a first for me and I’ve booked many places like this) and came to check everything was fine a couple days into our trip. Sauna and hot tub amazing. No where can be more highly recommended.

We can't say enough about the cottage. We stayed for 4 nights, but would love to have stayed longer. It was so peaceful and quiet with a stunning view. The cabin itself was spacious compared to the many other cabins we have stayed in, and it was meticulously clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a grill that was easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom had blackout shades, which are important during the summer months. Our host was very communicative and helpful. We'd absolutely stay here again.
