This is a very well located holiday home, only 300 metres away from the sea. The accommodation facilities are complete, especially the new and luxurious kitchen and bathroom equipment. However, it is better to use traditional stoves and ovens, otherwise a group of people will have to study for half hour. The bedding is very clean and comfortable, but the pillow smells a little sweaty. The double garage is large enough, but the studio below is a little damp, so it's better to ventilate more at ordinary times. Debbie was a great host with the right amount of communication when needed. We left a jacket at the guest house and she was quick to post it over to our home address. Had a great stay.

Sunsets and sunrises at Birubi Headland nearby were stunning and surf was good.

The location was great! Nice and close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, small beaches, the marina all in walking distance. The holiday rental was a nice little containment with air con and wifi access. I appreciated the undercover parking and porch. Would definitely stay at this property again ☺️

Woodlands Sunsets Soldiers Point - Whole Property se encuentra en Soldiers Point, a solo 13 min a pie de Kangaroo Point Reserve Beach, y ofrece alojamiento frente a la playa con jardín y wifi gratis. Location was great for our annual family girls weekend plenty of space. One of best stocked stocked kitchens with everything you need and spares. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to future guests. It was beautifully appointed with everything needed for our stay right down to the basket of goodies. Having the pool to ourselves was perfect.
