This place is basically in the centre of Colombo but also completely calm surrounded by a nice garden, with a pool and seating around. It is an old nice wooden villa with a lovely atmosphere. Also we had a wonderful breakfast and the manager of the villa is a great man at the right place. Organised for us all we needed for a very good price and kids just loved him.

This property was perfect for our group of six. We found it to be extremely conveniently located, impeccably clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The availability of parking for approximately two cars (depending on their size) was a definite plus. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent flexibility regarding key collection and check-in/out procedures. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation

The hosts were wonderful. They are careing and very helpful. There is an information booklet in the house which is very useful. What a wonderful place. We will definately come here. Beautiful place with front garden and with lots of Bird's and Bird's sounds..and full privacy To simply "sit and enjoy the flora and fauna" in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte Then go to this, about 50 years old parental Haus, with lots of special characters..go and discover.. More than all very trustworthy And very helpful couple When I am back in Colombo, i am sure I will be here again...

Honestly we loved the house to a point that we didn’t want to come back. Our personal favourite was the huge garden area near the pool. We were there all the time. The house is clean and very comfortable and ranaweera our caretaker really helped us with everything we needed. Overall it was perfect and we cannot wait to go back ❤️
