At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I had a really good stay at this villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

We had very relaxing and restful days. The room was spacious, very clean and cosy with fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very good. It's only a short walk to the beach. The Kuma family are very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you very much for the days.

Raj was a fantastic host. We were there for three nights, and were made to feel very much at home. The room was very comfortable and had a nice terrace. The garden was peaceful and very private, which was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing without worrying about “dress code”. It was a relaxing and homely environment. We had a very nice breakfast each morning, and in the evenings Raj made some delicious curries with fresh local ingredients. Wadduwa is not a touristy place, which we liked. It is located on the train line between Colombo and Galle, with both easily reachable.

The property was very beautiful and we could just walk up to the beach anytime. The reception was super friendly and handled everything with efficiency. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The interior was very pretty. The pool was lovely. We had the dinner buffet. The restaurent staff was very welcoming. Two of my friends had dinner from the Al-carte menu and they were given a complimentary dessert because the rest of us were having buffet. The waiters were very attentive and provided us everything we required. Overall, we had a lovely stay because the staff was very attentive and acted swiftly whenever we needed something.

The apartment is very modern furnished with cozy light installations and a well equipped kitchen! We really enjoyed the sri-lankan breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Its located in a calm area, so for us (3 persons) it was the perfect place to relax, go to the beach in the morning and continue our travels.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was a relax and work trip for my employees and they loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink. We had a lovely time at this homestay. The house is large and spacious with an abundance of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Inside the house was really clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like you were at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden and veranda was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful & quiet. Didn't have time to play but you could play badminton. They even have rackets & net. Highly recommend this place that is located centrally in the heart of Colombo for those who seek quiet comfort with a luxury feel.
