A quiet little hotel away from the hustle and bustle, lovely clean little pool. Two rooms and two villas (I stayed in the villa and it's spacious, clean and very comfortable). Fully equipped kitchen, brand new AC...small balcony but there's ample room under the pagoda next to the pool to hang out. The background tunes are nature.. Beautiful bird life, water Buffalo's it's so peaceful... The owner is in contact whenever required and the young lad looking after the premises is a nice lad. 15 min walk to the bus stop if you don't have wheels. Fabulous place.

Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. Great place! The host Isham (and brother) was so kind, friendly and very helpful. Isham took us on a trip, cooked great food and the neighbor even came by and showed us som baby crocodiles. This was a great experience. The house is perfectly located by the river, everything was very clean and the pool is lovely for a swim in the afternoon. We give the best recommendations.
