Location great, needs parking improvements, however we managed to park without been clamped - only note left on windscreen. host very helpfull and kind leaving some presents also for kids 🤓. Place is so peaceful and beautiful views.

We had a wonderful 9-night stay in Verona. The apartment was perfectly clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The host Andrea welcomed us personally, explained everything, and was always ready to help. High-quality linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable. Very good location, the bus 144 takes you direct at the "arena". The station is in front of the residence. The staff was very helpful There is a parking in front of residence, and also in the courtyard. Because during the night was no other guest or people in the building, I was afraid a little bit about the safety of my car (you can say it is a remote area there), but in the end was ok

Visiting Verona for work at a theatre festival, I needed a functional base, that wouldn't break the budget. Verona is not the cheapest place to stay, so compromising on location was the easiest way to keep costs reasonable. And I wanted somewhere to cook and to work. This more than satisfied all those requirements. It's a comfortable apartment with everything you need to live as though at home. For those who are driving, there's a car parking area close by (I've no idea what the conditions are as I was on public transport). It's about 50 minutes walk into town, but there are very regular buses from just across the road, easily available scooters and bikes (bring a helmet to be legal) and a taxi costs around 20 euros. There's not a lot of shopping very close by, but plenty within a decent walking distance. It's nice too to be in a normal residential area with people and everyday sounds. And the adjacent church is spectacular.

Villa was spacious for our family group of 6 people. The pool was very welcome by the children and adults alike. The location although seeming remote was in fact close to some good restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket.
