Beautiful house tucked away (we chose it as it was in a dark spot and we hoped to see the Northern Lights) but not far to nearest shops. Clean, tidy and felt homely. Comfy beds and sofa beds, good showers. Enjoyed the hot tub. We brought our own breakfast as we knew the house was isolated. We did use tea bags provided. Spent the next morning at the Secret Lagoon which is about 4 minutes away - highly recommended.

We had an electricity issue with our cottage and the owner was extremely nice with us and found a solution immediately. Very friendly staff and it's clear that it has that "family owned" vibe. We got to see the auroras at night and even though it has nothing to do with the hotel, it made the stay even more unforgettable.

We really loved to stay in this holiday house. The house was located in a beautiful and peacefull area. The view was great. The holiday house is between the Secret Lagoon that we visited and the village Selfoss. The holiday house was complete with own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, it had all the facilities we needed. Even more than we expected. It was super clean and everything was new. The hostess was very kind. We can recommend this holiday house.
