Superb Brand new house with plenty of space inside and out. Two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Dining tables outside plus sun-loungers. Big kitchen with everything you need.Plenty of siting area with large tv. Set in a lovely quiet area just a few hundred meters from main town which has more than plenty of shops and restaurants. Lovely owners which met us on arival , and checked again during the week if we were ok or needed anything . Very highly recommended.

Everything was as expected and more, fully equipped kitchen with 4 hob and double oven. Washing machine, tv, views was fantastic. Smart, modern property, self check in, very easy, arrival message on whatts app, key code issued on touch down, knew exactly where to go as was given location pin too all before we even made passport control. Fab host, fab property will definitely use again along with others. Family had gone here for the past 30 years to this island and this by far beats any all inclusive package.

What a gem! It was a last minute decision to take a short trip to Kos and this property came up as available. How lucky were we! The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Our hosts were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We found out that they have just started this venture in what is/was their family home. I am sure that is why every detail had been thought about. We are definitely hoping to go back but I’m sure when word gets out it is going to be fully booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our experience at Anthos Residence 1 was simply perfect. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need – even beach towels were provided! The location is ideal, in the part of the island with the most stunning beaches. The hosts were absolutely delightful – they welcomed us with fresh fruit and cold water, and on our departure, they even gifted us a bottle of their own olive oil. We will never forget their kindness and warm hospitality. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
