The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean. The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us. Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-) We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. It is a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the center of old town. It was lovely place to stay but it was made lovelier by the nice lady who took care of us at the front desk. Hotel was clean and efficient. It was on a busy street but we never heard the traffic. Slept like babies. We would stay here again for sure.

Mr Lee, his wife and the team are amazing, you just feel spoiled all the time. I arrived and I had an amazing surprise in my room that made me feel really happy. The breakfast was amazing, they wash your clothes and they get with the better smell ever and they providencia everything you need. As soon you arrive Mr Lee gives you all information about the city and recommend places to eat and visit. I also booked cooking classes with them and it was really good. I recommend this place to everybody and I really want to come Back.

Consistently assisted with anything at all but without bothering - we truly appreciated it. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk from the center , but we didn’t mind the walk at all. The AC works amazing in the room (better than my own AC back home!!!) and the bed is super comfy. We immediately requested a quiet room when we first got to the hotel and indeed we got a very quiet room which was lovely.
