A typhoon had hit, and although we suspected our flight would be canceled, we didn’t receive confirmation until two hours after the scheduled departure. Knowing the situation might get tricky, I asked the gentleman at the front desk to hold our room in case we needed to return in the middle of the night. Sure enough, after a rough night at the airport, we came back to the hotel at 4:00 AM, and our room was waiting for us. The staff was incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful during a very stressful situation. Their care and professionalism made all the difference. The Metropolis Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area, and the service we received was truly top-notch. Highly recommended!
