Since we just arrived we felt treated very well and pampered, for example, despite being ramadam time, we got offered tea and food midday. The staff was super helpful: whenever we needed anything arranged or any type of information, Leo and Ali were always ready. They were also very friendly during the evening chats with any of the guests. The room was perfect, the heating was there as arranged, the hot water was ready at the agreed time, and so on... They alaso have good WiFi. It was our best stay in Pakistan and one of the best in all our travels in general.

We really enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness was of European quality. In addition, the staff were super helpful and spoke very good English. I can also highly recommend the traditional food in the restaurant. Especially the soups and the Kahari. To summarise, I can only recommend it.
