Free WiFi access is offered throughout the entire property, and staff are on site 24-hours a day to assist guests during their stay. Could not reccomend this hotel enough! We had a super comfortable bed in a spacious room (the biggest we had in our Japan trip), the hotel is beautifully designed with a cool vinyl bar at the entrance. But the staff was the most amazing part of our stay: they gave us lot of advices on the best areas to explore, restaurant reccomendations and helped us with reservation and more. Don’t miss out on their Google Maps lists as well! Would definitely go back!

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. The facilities were great. The staff were so helpful and speak English very well. I also ask for help calling a taxi on the day I checked out due to snow showers. The location is near from Kawaguchiko station, but if you have a luggage it a bit hard to take your luggage because the pedestrian is not so smooth. My room has a window which faces Mt. Fuji. It was soooo great

Perfect view of Fuji San and nice hot springs available. Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.

We had dinner and breakfast. Mango Lassie reminded me of India. Of course it was Indian brand. The owner is very friendly and a hard worker. He loves Azumino area and we too loved the place because of his explanation. Owner recommended children"sbookmuseum was awesome, too! Highly recommended
