We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

We are a family of five and had the floor to ourselves, the neighbourhood is quiet so it’s a great place to relax for a leisure trip. The couple who owns the inn are very sweet and friendly. We were provided great tea and even a kitchen to cook in. There was even little samurai trinkets around the area, including traditional attire for us to wear and take pictures with. For anyone with a little creative side, there is a book provided at the counter to write about your experiences and draw any doodles.

You must have dinner and breakfast as a part of your reservation. The onsens were really wonderful! There were private and public ones on-site and another large public onsen across the street. The mountain location is about 25 min drive away from the train station, but they run a shuttle service from the Fujigaoka Train Station at 4:50pm every day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Ghibli Park was a 15 minute shuttle ride.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, the hotel has more than the standard facilities and the parking is free

Travelodge Nagoya Sakae es un alojamiento bien ubicado en Nagoya que ofrece un desayuno buffet y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El desayuno buffet fue muy rico y completo. La habitación era grande y cómoda, nos encanto la decoración de las paredes que decían Nagoya o tenían imágenes del Castillo. El hotel esta a unas 6 cuadras aprox de la zona comercial de Sakae. También se puede caminar más y llegas al Shopping Parco. Hay Pokémon Center, Jump Store, Bookoff Bazar, Don Quijote, etc. Volveria a elegirlo como base para mi próximo viaje. Nagoya nos encantó.
