They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. The mountain location is about 25 min drive away from the train station, but they run a shuttle service from the Fujigaoka Train Station at 4:50pm every day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Ghibli Park was a 15 minute shuttle ride.
