We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

El Hotel Bellevue está situado en la cima del monte Pilatus, a 2.132 metros sobre el nivel del mar, y es accesible en tranvía aéreo o en el tren cremallera más empinado del mundo en verano. I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.

The host Olaf is a great host and very helpful person. He treated us very nicely. He picked us from the Luzern train station as I had 2 kids. Then whenever possible he dropped us in the train station as well, due to which we were able to catch the train at right time. Bus services are also great from here. The location view was great. We were able to see mount Pilatus from the guest House. Thank you so much Olaf for your friendly gesture.

The location of the property was idyllic. It’s a good place to recharge your battery and feel like you’re visiting your Swiss family’s hotel. The hotel felt cozy from the very beginning. It is not very modern but it’s warm and very well maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful and speaking English. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. In the region there are some hikes you can do and a view point. Many people are actually living there so it’s really quiet and pretty.
