Lovely views and warm hospitality from the staff. Hotel is spacious and felt posh. Room was clean and toilet was huge. The buffet breakfast was a great spread. The little gift of a batik bag from the hotel made our day!

Hotel in a great location for visiting the city center and also offers a wonderful view of the city. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is good. The staff is very kind and helpful; they are really friendly and, if you have a problem or need something, they will help you find a solution. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The rooms were great. Especially the fact that Sapa is cold in December. Warm heater, comfy beds, and warm shower. The food served at the restaurant was exceptional. I would stay here again, without a doubt.

Traveling through Southeast Asia from the US, my friend and I found this stay through the Booking.com app. The price and location of this Boutique hotel are spectacular! Reasonable rate and in the heart of Sapa city. It’s far enough from all the touristy places, but easily accessible to those locations. We liked feeling like we were a little more part of the local neighborhood. The staff team is excellent. They are eager to help and so very bright, cheerful, and friendly. Sam & Nga, at the reception desk, are outstanding in their joyful and kind spirits. They checked on us regularly, as we’d pass through the lobby, to make sure we were having a positive experience. They set up laundry drop off and pick up for us twice and arranged for us to have a scooter during our entire stay. They made everything so easy for us and enhanced our experience. Nga has a gentle approach and Samleads from the heart. When we checked in, we even received a written note from Sam that made us feel so special. That’s a nice touch to an already personalized experience. The room itself is fairly basic. We had a room off of the main stairs, second floor. Our room has a view of the mountains and the Muong Hoa train line. I can watch the train from my room. Each day, Sam & Nga would make sure that our room was cleaned while we were out. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff are amazing, as well. We’d have newly washed towels and the room would smell refreshed when we’d return. Our breakfast was well served, the Mam restaurant had a beautiful mountain view and the food was delicious. I see the simplicity and sincerity of the local staff. My friend and I agree that we’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The staff especially defined our experience. They deserve ten stars! Thank you, Sapa YEN ’s Boutique!

Very hospitable, friendly & polite. Room clean, the staff gave us the recommendation restaurant nearby which served great traditional food, whenever we came back to hotel, the staff always ask about our trip & always ask to contact them if we need something. When we check-out late night, they gave us some snacks as well. Love their thoughtful service.

    Amazing hotel Huge room and so nice location. The best staff , Mr Danis grant man . So kindly and help to us for everything. I stayed to several hotels in Vietnam, but this hotel the best by staff and location. Location around 10 km far from city center but like heaven. In room have video projection and can watching YouTube and Netflix.

    This is a lovely family run hotel. The people are really warm and helpful. The room had an amazing view which made up for it being slightly dated. Breakfast was simple but reasonably good. Really enjoyed the location for exploring SaPa. For a budget hotel it is really good.

    The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .
