We received a free upgrade to a big room as we were staying for 4 nights. This room was really amazing. Comfortable beds, good enough sound isolation, enormous tv (we never watch tv on holiday, but with netflix integrated we couldnt miss it) and friendly staff. Location is also fine, close enough to most things. I read a few reviews about the noise in the bathroom, but this was fine for us. It makes some noise, but stops soon enough. No problem at all. Would definitaly recommend.

Just two minutes by walk from Tainan station. Very clean and nice room. The staff was incredibly gentle with me and I also could drink a free coffee when I came back to take my luggage. Oh, they also gave me an upgrade so I could get the room with the city view. Thanks for your kindness!

Spotless clean,no strange odours whatsoever, comfy mattress and pillows,solid air conditioning..Cute little foyer with free snacks in the morning. The reception staff was helpful and with good English. Location is amazing!Walking distance to all attractions in the West District, convenience store a min away, Snail Alley next door.
