Exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was exactly as advertised, and the reception team kindly walked me through it upon request. Perfectly located in the heart of Colombo, with a variety of restaurants on doorstep and Union Place Keells just a short stroll away. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, we faced an unfortunate situation where our wallet and passports were left behind in the taxi. Despite not having any payment ready, the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and allowed us to check in without any issues. They saw that we were women traveling with a child and kindly made an exception, which we truly appreciated. The room itself had a beautiful view of the Lotus Tower, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as taxis and autos were easily available in the area, making it convenient to explore the city. It was also within walking distance to many well-rated restaurants and popular sightseeing spots in Colombo, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and stunning views.
