Very good value for money! Spotlessly clean. Big enough room and the bathroom. Good buffet breakfast and they rotate dishes so you never have exactly the same breakfast every day. When in UK, I couldn't move my dates on Booking.com as their facility had a glitch or something. Toyoko Inn Omori manager contacted them and I was promised a refund for one day. I didn't receive it yet but hope all will be fine. Very hard working cleaners and staff at breakfast too.

Staff so helpful, great products available in the room for use, easy access to train station nearby, great kids park close by, great shops and eating spots, privacy and quiet as no noise from other stayers. All in all, we loved staying here!

This is a clean, comfortable hotel that is very good value. Their shuttle system is very easy for travelers who need quick access to and from the airport... the hotel has a great system, and all information can be found on their website (maps, timetables, directions). The rooms are nice and the breakfast was excellent (some of the best salmon I've ever had), and the staff are kind and helpful. I will stay again!

was perfect for having a flight early in the morning. the staff and shuttle bus driver were very friendly and helpful. the room was very big compared to other hotels in japan. also close to the train/metro station. definitely recommend to everybody!!
