Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We arrived early in the morning and the staff kindly offered to leave our luggage at the reception, but put the food in the fridge. We were free to relax by the lake. When we returned, our bags were already in our room. A huge thank you to them for that! The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center. Next to the castle, shops, train station. Breakfast was also very tasty! Especially the "grandmother's cake" :)

It’s super nice and comfortable hotel. We stayed there just for one night, but I’d definitely come back. The location is good, close to the airport and beach. The dinner and breakfast was good. The room is perfect as well as staff. They also offer airport shuttle for a good price.

We had to book short notice as our flight was cancelled home so needed just for one night , they had one room left which we took , on arrival we were greeted by lovely staff , very helpful and kind , we chose breakfast , and booked shuttle bus to airport for the next morning , our room was clean and comfortable , and very quiet at night , breakfast was lovely all you needed , with lovely view to the sea as on roof top room , shuttle bus was great , straight to airport , comfy drive and no hassle , would recomend this lovely hotel with very nice helpful staff , wish we could have stayed longer !!

the EH suites were fantastic.!! we had a lovely walk to some shopping and restaurants. a coffee shop close by was perfect for early morning or a snack. they make the best cappuccino !!! the room was large with a king and a queen which is rare in europe. the space was clean and comfortable too !!! the beds were perfect for comfort. we all slept very well. !!!!
