Seamless check-in and check-out. The hotel receptionists were super helpful and tried their best to accommodate. We connected well with the hotel manager, Isabella, who is an absolute gem and charm, and made us feel like we were home. Isabella really made an impression on the kiddo who has been asking about her since we left....bless her.. The rooms were clean, beds were good and clean. Sadly, we only stayed a night.

Very good location near the shore of Lake Como. The room was a bit outdated but it was large and very clean, with free bottled water in the fridge. The bathroom was spotless. Many thanks to the receptionist who took care of our early breakfast ahead of schedule.

Located in the center with lots of great places nearby. We had a room on the third floor with a perfect view of the square. Even though the square was busy in the evening, we did not hear any noise in our room and had no trouble sleeping. It was our first trip to italy with our baby boy and we were surprised at how family friendly everything was! Everyone at the hotel was so nice and made our stay special. Will definitely come back to this hotel if we ever come to Como again. Can definitely recommend this hotel!

I have no complaints about the accommodation. The rooms were new and nice. There’s a bus to the center of Como right in front of the hotel, and it takes just 10 minutes to get there. A big plus is the large supermarket nearby, which adds to the great local experience. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was very good – it's not a large hotel, so there weren’t hundreds of options, but everyone found something they liked. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job – everything was always clean and tidy. I also recommend walking up the hill with the tower next to the hotel – from there, you get a stunning panoramic view of the entire city of Como.
