The staff everywhere from checkin to the breakfast to the housekeeping all were nice and helpful always. EVERYTHING. Literally everything, the location, hospitality, service, politeness, room amenities. I went with my husband & family, and all of us were happy. The rooms are so big, even the bathroom. Their room service is too excellent. And not one staff member who I found rude/grumpy. There was an old ladies group traveling & i could see & feel that they were treated so generously & kindly.

The property is located at a very beautiful and scenic place. However, it might look like it’s on the outskirts of the city, but it is manageable to travel to and fro. I liked the fact that they are offering a fair price for the rooms, unlike other hotels which claim to be close to the temple and charge too much and the visitors also get trapped very quickly. In my opinion, booking a room at Scintilla would also work as it’s not TOO FAR AWAY from the temple.

New hotel. Very cleaned. We were shifted to a new larger room because of what we mentioned. Customer service appears to be paramount. Has a policy that guest can visit their kitchen at any time.

The stay was very good. Also the rooms are very good and Hotel OM is only 2 Km away from the Somnath temple.The staff behaviour is supporting and helping. The check out time is also very early, 10 AM, at least it should be 12 PM. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, Hotel OM is worth staying again. Ashok
