I arrived at 7 pm at night after a long drive, Brian greeted me at the front door, took my luggage, showed me my lovely room and then kindly offered me a cup of tea. I told him I had a salad to eat for my dinner and he said well just come down to the breakfast room when you are ready. When I went down he had set the table, a pot of tea was brewing and a plate of biscuits were laid out as well as a plate for me to put my salad on. When you are traveling for work you don't necessarily to go back out for your dinner so I really appreciated that Brian went the extra mile for me.
