The hotel is great, they provide free shuttle service to Pudong Airport, which is very convenient for me. We had a pleasant conversation on WeChat, the breakfast was nice, the Disneyland shuttle service was good, and everyone was friendly.

Great experience- super quiet, comfortable hotel to stay for a long layover as it’s close to the airport. They organise free transfer to the hotel too. There was a bit of a mix up with my pick up, I arrived very late at night, but they paid for my taxi when I arrived. Really kind, helpful staff, I would definitely recommend this place :)

Efficient pickup service, with very precise directions on how to find the shuttle. Hotel has excellent facilities and I only regret spending such a short night. Breakfast was goo, too (with croissants!). Very good value for money, considering how expensive the city is.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and the toiletries were superb , shower gel and shampoo smelled fantastic. Hot water and a powerful hairdryer. Room had everything I needed for a handy and comfortable layover.
