A beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The manager is really helpful and friendly and perfect guide for the area around the hotel. The room was very well furnished and spacious. The breakfast is beyond. The dog Popeye is so cute. Zhangjiajie national park is a must see.

The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

Perfect Location for the Park. It is only few minutes walk to Park Entrance.The guesthouse even have a lift with this price, which is so nice for our luggage to high floor . Room is clean and big size with soft bed.The manger speaks English .She is very knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie and help us arrange everything trip, train station pick up to make your stay more relaxing. I would to recommend here for everyone who want to explore Zhangjiajie.

Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at, they truly make you feel at home. Coming to zhangjiajie can be intimidating as a foreigner as all the scenic locations are very scattered and you need to book a whole lot of tickets. Our host speaks amazing English and he made this process a breeze, not only did he book everything for us at a discounted price but he also gave us a detailed run through of the routes as well as record a video. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at where we need to go, I didn’t even need to switch my brain on. Our room was clean, comfy, spacious and high tech. Additionally his parents cook amazing food, traditional chinese style including noodles and soup dumplings, better than the restaurants we tried in the area! In conclusion I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a foreigner coming here for the first time! They truly go above and beyond for you.

I highly recommend this amazing place! It's by far the best hotel I've stayed in in China, and even in Asia! The services provided are of high quality: the welcome is very warm with a welcome fruit bowl, information on all the activities in the region is sent to you in detail beforehand, and they are explained to you again upon arrival, along with a map of the park. I was even upgraded to a family room. The room is truly very comfortable with the softest mattress tested in Asia, a large bathroom with hot water, a TV, a kettle, mugs, toilettery products... High-standing! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the trash is emptied daily. Unbeatable value for money! Furthermore, the owner, Rebecca, is simply wonderful! She provides assistance with all your querries and drops you off at the park entrance every morning. She's truly amazing! Finally, the breakfast is varied, delicious, and homemade. You can choose your favorite meal from the menu every day, at a time that suits you. A great family-run hotel not to be missed during your trip to Zhangjajie. A real favorite! A big thank you to the whole family.

Mary was an amazing host . Accommodation top notch , food fabulous and owner was helpful beyond belief. We had one and a half days in the park and managed to get to see the so much thank to the itinerary and support provided by our host Mary. She even realised we were running late for our train getting through through the park she suggested getting our driver she had booked for us to meet us at the exit point of the park. She goes beyond what you would expected of a host and we are so fortunate to have booked her homestay . We plan to come back 🙏

A very good hotel, the location is very good, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the park entrance, the owner is omnipotent and can do anything for you, he used to be a tour guide for 10 years, he speaks very good English, helped us book tickets for the scenic area, recommended a very good tourist route for us, ralph is so professional, he and the staff are warm and hospitable, recommended delicious restaurants for us, provided us with laundry service, this is a hotel with great value for money, highly recommended to friends in need, I think I will come again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very well-kept.
