The rooms were nice, there was a little room in the lobby where we could get free coffee and tea in the morning, which was much appreciated. The location is perfect.

Hotel is perfectly located in downtown area. Everything was very nice, but I was very impressive with the front desk personnel's kindness and promptness to help. The hotel is located about 10 mins walk away of the main shopping street with a lot of choice for restaurants and pubs. There is also a well-equipped supermarket which offers pre-made dishes of reasonable quality and price. The room itself was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff very accommodating as there was no kettle in the room (only a coffee machine) and we were provided one (special thanks for that) The town itself is easily walkable with a lot of trails for hiking. The countryside around Banff is absolutely stunning especially in autumn. Fully recommend to visit this area and enjoy the colours :-)
