She did her very best to accommodate me as I traveled from the Middle East and arrived early. We met Ann at breakfast and she was very helpful with explaining about the breakfast and check-out process.

Would recommend everyone to stay here & enjoy the facilities. We took the tour to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay Cruise it was amazing.Ninh Binh was really good the tour guide was very good. Had a great time on the cruise ,it was our first experience for an overnight stay on a cruise it was excellent. Thank you Mr. Max for being so helpful & giving us the best tour.

Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.
