We were in town for the NASCAR Championship weekend, and were looking for a rental convenient to the track. Kevin's rental not only checked that box (only 7 miles from Phoenix Raceway), but every other box we could've hoped for. We travel quite a bit for various reasons, and often use private rentals for small groups on these trips. Over the years, we have stayed at innumerable homes across the globe, and I can say without a doubt this rental house surpasses them all. Occasionally, we will find a rental with outstanding amenities, like this one. However, it is rare to find a one where every small detail is accounted for in such a fine matter. From the breadth and quality of the kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, and cookware down to the supply, quality, and location of pool towels, every detail is covered in style. The beds, linens, and towels provided are way more comfortable than you could expect from a rental. Moreover, the bathrooms, and accomodations overall, are not just spotless, but easily qualify as luxurious. During our downtime, we relaxed in the pool while grilling out on the deluxe gas grill. Watching early Saturday college football on the oversized Sony TV from the comfortable leather recliner couch was a pleasure. After the races, the well appointed bar, outside fire pit and PA sound system all came in handy as we unwound from the excitement at the track. The cherry on top is that Kevin is a 5-star host as well. He reached out to us before our visit to make sure that all our needs would be met, and ensured that someone was always available if we had any questions during our stay. As a seasoned traveler, I can guarantee that you would be hard pressed to find a more enjoyable place to spend your downtime while visiting the Phoenix area. It's the perfect oasis in the stunning surrounding desert.
