Andy at the front desk as well as the rest of the team from the reception, restaurant and other departments were always there to serve you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. We had initially booked the Beachfront Pool Suite, but since it was our honeymoon, they were kind enough to place us at their most beachfront villa that was literally on the beach! As far as the villas are concerned, all I have to say is wow! They decorated the room for us for the occasion, the villa was huge with a shower, bathtub, huge bed and all the amenities you need. On the veranda you have your sun lounges and your private pool. Needless to say, the view is breathtaking and we have witnessed the best sunset ever! You literally have a private beach for yourself so to speak because from our villa it was right below our deck. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was also really nice, make sure to try the tuna steak (if memory serves me right) which is delicious. There was also fire show which added to the whole experience. The resort as a whole is a pleasure to be in, with all the beautiful scenery and the butterflies roaming around. Walking through it feels like walking in paradise. We will definitely visit again because it was truly an unforgettable experience!

Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!
